Features · the event camera app

Everything the night needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

A digital disposable camera for weddings and parties. Every guest’s phone shoots a limited roll, with photo bingo, a guest book, and a live wall. No app, for you or your guests.

Every feature here is included at every tier, free up to 5 guests and capped at €99.99 for unlimited. No tier gating, no add-on unlocks.

01 · Guest camera

The guest camera that feels like the night.

Guests scan one QR at the venue. No app to install, no account to create. A charcoal camera surface opens in the browser with 24 exposures per guest. The limit is intentional. It makes every shot feel chosen, not impulsive.

  • QR entry, no app or account required
  • 24 exposures per guest, browser-native camera
  • Camera filters: 35mm, noir, light leak
  • Exposure count visible at all times

02 · Photo bingo

A quiet game that keeps the roll moving.

Each guest gets their own 5×5 card of photographic prompts (cake, toast, dance, laugh, rings) layered beneath the camera. Completing a line triggers a brief, warm win state on the live wall, and nudges guests to photograph the flowers, the shoes, the light, not only the people they came with.

03 · Live venue wall

The room can see itself happening.

Open the Venue Wall on a tablet, cast it to a TV, or mirror it to a projector. New frames float in as guests shoot. Bingo wins briefly take over, then yield back to the photo stream. The interface is intentionally charcoal and minimal so the guest photos, not the software, become the decor.

04 · Guest book

A private guest book, built into the flow.

Guests can leave a short note alongside their photos. A message for the couple, a caption, a joke. Notes are private by default and reach the host in the curation view, not broadcast to the room, so selected ones can be folded into the final keepsake.

Example note
“The light at the table was incredible tonight. So happy to have been part of it.”

05 · Host curation & album

The morning after, yours to curate.

Hosts return to a calm control room the morning after. Mark frames as favorites to lead the album, hide anything unflattering before it reaches guests, organize into albums, and download originals. Moderation review keeps anything unwanted out of the public link.

Favorite
Mark the frames that should lead the shared album.
Hide
Pull any frame from the public album without deleting the original.
Share
Send one finished link. Guests view; hosts keep control.

06 · Album sharing

A public link the couple actually sends.

Once curation is complete, generate a public album link, shareable with anyone, no login required to view. Hosts can also trigger a guest email share, so attendees receive the finished album in their inbox.

The album URL is clean and permanent for the standard access window, ready to share the moment curation is done.
